About me
He was born in February 1980. He completed his Medical Doctorate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2007. He completed his General Surgery Specialization at Istanbul Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital between 2007-2013. He worked as a general surgeon in Şanlıurfa between 2013-2016. Between 2016-2020, he continued his duty as “Assistant Professor of Surgery” at Istanbul Okan University. In 2020, he received the title of “Associate Professor of General Surgery”.
In 2021, he was certified by the European Society of Coloproctology and received the title of FEBS-C (Fellow of European Board of Surgery Examination of Coloproctology). He is a member of Turkish Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery, European Society of Coloproctology (FEBS-C), American College of Surgeons (FACS), Turkish Surgical Association, Turkish Society of Trauma and Emergency Surgery, Metabolic Surgery Association and many other scientific organizations. His main areas of interest are surgical oncology, colorectal surgery, benign anorectal diseases and bariatric/metabolic surgery.
Since June 2021, he has been working at Gebze Anadolu Medical Center Department of General Surgery and continues to treat international patients.
